In retrospect it always seemed crazy that the Green Goblin would reveal his identity to the Crime Master as part of a “you should me yours, I’ll show you mine” deal. So while it’s ridiculous, I liked the retcon Untold Tales did where he removed his mask to reveal he was … J. Jonah Jameson??? (thanks to a Jonah mask, which means Norman was wearing a Jonah mask with his Goblin mask over that for that entire conversation with the Crime Master – he must have been extremely sweaty.
