I still remember one of the old message board podcast episodes where someone’s question was “JR, is there *anything* good in the Denny O’Neil run of Amazing?” JR took one second and said “No.”
I feel like Denny O’Neil’s run is not as bad as people say. I haven’t read many issues of it, but he gave us Hydro-Man and the few panels posted here seem like classic Parker/Spidey. Maybe he just gets a bad rap because he came right before Stern.
