Are they trying to compete with Superman-Batman or something? The straight arrow and the loose cannon? It’s a cool visual and I love Kubert’s take on Spidey’s suit, but I don’t know if this thing will be able to measure up to the original Loeb-McGuinness collaboration on the Distinguished Competition.
Anything with wolverine and spidey in the same book is worth checking out in my opinion :D! The art reminds me of something else though….
if you guys rave about it, I’ll consider a trade. I always forget which Kubert is the slow one and feel burned over their DC run where they were beset by constant delays. There are some layouts that are very cinematic, but i’m not a fan of how faces are rendered
Hell yeah I’ll pick it up!!!
I’ll probably pick this up. I usually never pick up Spidey mini-series but Aaron and Kubert are a dynamite team!
spidey could so own wolverine… and logans origin and uber healing is shite
