MTV…
Hey Brad, I know you need stuff for the news part of this site, but seriously. Stop linking to those vids, and maybe MTV will get the picture that no one cares what an actor who did a role several years ago thinks about the new direction of the franchise he appeared in, or if he wants to be part of the franchise going forward.
Anyone who wants friggin 70s Show Kid to come back, has no concept of who Venom is. Besides its a reboot!
Spider-Man 3 blew. Good riddance.
@SuperChencho: That’s true so far. But who knows if they’ll resurrect him in the future?
Please no!
@Mike’s Webs – Nobody except Ben Reilly.
he came off as a pretty big Venom fan on the Spidey 3 dvd commentary. Too bad he won’t get to expand his character, but I agree. Why ask an actor about a role in which they died and is going to be rebooted with new cast? Maybe that interviewer was gonna ask Nicholson if he was gonna take over for Ledger in Batman 3 next?
Seriously, what’s the point of actors being asked if they will return when they DIE in the movie? I know its a comic book movie, but have some sense.
It’s like asking Linus Roache if he knows anything about Batman 3.
Wow, he seemed like he REALLY doesn’t want to be reminded of Spider-Man 3…(Of course, who can blame him?)
“I died in that movie” Well, that settles it. 🙂 Although, nobody really dies in Marvel comics, now do they?
Seriously, If Venom will be the big bad in the Spider-man reboot, chances are we won’t see Topher reprising the role since they have a whole new cast planned for this one.
