  1. I’m going with the $79.99 digital version. Not really happy about Peter and MJ not bring married and MJ being a reporter for the Daily Bugle. I’m happy that MJ is the love interest at least since these days even that’s not a given. All in all think it will still be a fun game to play.

  2. Let’s be honest, I pre-ordered the Pop over a week ago, I’m probably gonna go collector’s edition on this one!

  3. I think Peter and MJ are going to end together as a couple at the end of the game, I read in Game Informer’s magazine they still love each other, and they both know that.

  4. My hope that one of the ending will have them get back together, because from what I’ve heard is that at the start of the game, they haven’t spoken to each other for 6 months and it more she’s the one given orders to peter.

If I can, I would like to only by the game it self along with the DLC specifically all the Mary Jane and Black Cat ones.

  5. For hating that costume initially, it’s been growing on me. There aren’t many games I would buy Day One as I don’t get to play that often, but I’ve been eagerly anticipating this release. I want the art book and steelbook, but not sure I need the statue in my life. We’ll see what I order. Would be cool to see MJ get a skin for Spinneret!

  6. I am so excited!!
I really want to get that Collector’s Edition, but it’s like $300 in AUS. I’d be willing to pay $150, but not $300.

  7. It somewhat disturbs me that you have to pay an extra twenty bucks for what should come in the base game. Not the suits, but the extra game missions. If the price tag is any indication, then you’re looking at only nine missions in the vanilla game.

I would be okay with it if this was just with the cosmetic stuff, but withholding gameplay on launch behind a paywall is a terrible idea. Halo Wars 2 did the same thing, and it was also stupid there. I’m glad there’s apparently no microtransactions (though this could change later in the game’s lifespan or find some kind of loophole to that statement) but I can’t afford to pay an extra twenty dollars for something that should already be included in the game.
