So far the Classic Red and Blue with Web Pits has been easily marching through this field like a hot knife through butter.  This suit is hot and some wonder if there is any stopping it.  However, fans of the Stealth Suit are counting on the sheer nature of stealth to steal this one away.  That and the fact that fans of one of the other suits may throw their votes toward Stealth in order to knock Web Pits out of the tourney early.  Will it be enough?  Pundits here in the Crawlspace office don’t think so:  Crawlspace odds: Web Pits 80%

Classic Romita Web Pitless suit has been the fan favorite here.  With stunning endorsements by such esteemed individuals as The Brad Douglas and even Stan the Man Lee himself (of course he reads the Crawlspace!), some wonder if the crown of victory has  been awarded a bit too early.  The Iron Spider suit fought a tough battle to overcome Superior Spider-Man Mark II to get here and it has no plans on going home just yet.  It’s a scrappy suit and one has to wonder if it holds a gadget that might just be able to pull out a victory here.  Crawlspace odds: Romita 80%

As Enigma_2099 brought up, there is a contender lacking in this battle.  So I think it only proper that we acknowledge and honor the missing suit.

The Scarlet Spider Hoodie suit.  I was keeping these all suit worn by 616 Peter Parker, and while I’m sure he wore the Ben Reilly suit when they switched places in prison, he may have worn this suit as well.  Regardless, it is time to pay tribute to the suite that introduced us to the Scarlet Spider back in that wondrous decade known lovingly as the ’90s.  It is my pleasure and honor to be the Crawlspace spokesperson and award the Hoodie Suit the FIRST EVER GEORGE BERRYMAN LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD FOR EXCELLENCE!

Enigma_2099, your voice has been heard and this plaque will forever hang in the Crawlspace office in a prominent spot for all posterity to see and marvel over.  Thank you for bringing this oversight to our attention and please know that the impudent Crawlspace staffer that referred to this suit as a “stupid” suit has been sacked.

And Now, Back to Our Analysis

The Ben Reilly Suit brings with it the look and feel of the red and blues, but more dynamic. Plus it is the suit of choice for May Day Parker, but it also carries the baggage of the ’90s Clone Saga.   Will that be a vault to propel it forward, or an albatross around its neck?  The Future Foundation is on a hot streak after defeating the much higher ranked Superior Spider-Man Mark I.  Will the streak continue?  Only time (and YOU) can tell!  Crawlspace Odds: Ben Reilly 65%.

And finally, the match up everyone has been waiting for – Black Symbiote Suit vs. Black Suit!  The rivalry between these two has been fierce and the the fans have through off all pretense of civility as they hash it out in online forums and even taking to the streets to proclaim their loyalty.  Either way this goes, it’s going to be nasty.  Crawlspace odds: Symbiote 55%
