WTF!!!!!!! what i god is this, marvel zombies 3????? (marvel zombies series tastes like prison ass)
It kind of reminds me of the cosmic Spidey , I know it was lame, but for Spiderman who was always the underdog to have ultimate power was pretty cool.
I sure hope the podcast with “Alex Saviuk” can happen really soon, and I hope Mr. Saviuk can give a good answer to the question I asked about why he didn’t make the suit get shredded more when Spider-Man “Hulked Out”. This is one of the finest pieces in WoS (S = Spider-Man, not Shadows) in the 90s
@bandito: Some guy wanted vengeance for his brother against “Reed Richards” thinking Reed killed that guy’s bro, so he used a device that looks like “Doc Connors” enervator from SSM that turned Spidey to a Lizard to find a strong power to absorb it and he found the Hulk and absorbed some of his powers. Hulk killed that guy before Spider-Man comes fight the Hulk. That device accidentally touched Spider-Man and transported the Hulk powers to his system.
This happened in “Web of Spider-Man #069”
how did it happen?
I’m with you hermann22. I loved this when it happened. I was disappointed it didn’t last longer. Or ever get mentioned again…
I am not going to lie…I LOVED this when I was a kid.
I’m surprised they haven’t tried this with Wolverine yet.
This got a cool action figure by Toy Biz a few years back. I thought it was a bad idea in theory, but it was surprisingly quite cool. And thanks for posting this, Bertone.
This was my favorite “you’ve gotta be kidding me” moment. And yeah it made no sense that the mask’s spandex stretched that much. By rights it should’ve ripped right off of Parker’s face. However, I think he would’ve been mistaken for the Hulk wearing a Spidey suit at first glance. A few rips however wouldn’t have been so bad. The mouth area, maybe.
How is it mask didn’t rip?
Pretty convenient if you ask me…
that looks awful
