When the Goblin opens portals to alternate worlds, Spider-Man must team up with alternative versions of Spider-Man to stop him, including a future version from the year 2099 (guest voice Freddy Rodriguez), Spider-Girl (guest voice Olivia Holt), Spider-Ham (guest voice Benjamin Diskin), and Spyder-Knight (guest voice Christopher Daniel Barnes). THURSDAY, MAR. 19 (9:00PM ET/PT) –“The Spider-Verse: Part Three”
Spider-Man chases Goblin through a portal to Medieval York, where he meets Spyder-Knight (guest voice Christopher Daniel Barnes), and then to a parallel universe where Peter Parker has died and 13-year-old Miles Morales (guest voice Donald Glover) is now Spider-Man.
THURSDAY, MAR. 26 (9:00PM ET/PT)– “The Spider-Verse: Part Four”
When the Goblin uses DNA from six alternative Spider-Men to grow his own powers, the original Spider-Man will need to assemble his alternative world counterparts to defeat him.

@4: There is still talk about a season 4.
They might have ended their collaboration with one animation studio, but they have more.
The idea of collaborating with one when they have plenty of studios as it is makes little to no sense.

Anyway, I already saw all the episodes. They were eh, and the Spider-Girl one was the worst. Horrible, annoying and extremely sexist. “Petra Parker” was NOT the female version of Peter. Norma Osborn I liked, though…
I saw the whole arc, it’s nice that it ends faster than the comic event.
But a couple of things in it are scary, not the kind that make you tremble scary, the kind that make you want to hurl scary.
If there’s anything SONY has done right with Spidey, it’s the Spectacular Spider-Man animated series. Too bad the show was canceled and replaced with the ultimate Spider-Idiot show.

Huh. Gender-flipped Goblin looks more like classic Gobby than than the USM one. How about that?
The least they could’ve done with Spider-Girl is give her Mayday’s costume, since that would look a lot better and more interesting than just seeing a woman in Peter’s suit. As it is, her suit’s the least change from the original compared to the rest of the Spiders showing up in this.
Y’know, season 3 being the improvement it has been compared to the first two seasons of USM, I was actually looking forward to its adaption of Spider-Verse. But it seems like it’s just as bad as the comic event…
@6 – I live in hope that SSM will be completed one day. Though an advantage to it’s short lived run is that the show ended without ever succumbing to the same downturn in quality as Batman: The Animated Series.
@2 – Yup. We went from having quality shows like Spectacular Spider-Man and Avengers: Earth’s Mightiest Heroes, to USM, Agents of SMASH, and whatever the new Avengers toon is called, all aimed squarely at hyper-inattentive 5-to-8 year-olds.
I still say SSM was on track to be the best superhero cartoon ever made; had it made it to the typical 65-episode run it would have easily surpassed Batman & Justice League. It’s still the best adaptation of Spider-Man in any media ever made.
I saw this already. The Spider-Man noir episode would have been cool if Ultimate Spidey wasn’t in it, and Donald Glover does a good job voicing Miles, but otherwise it’s absolutely terrible. The portrayal of Spider-Man 2099 in particular is just atrocious, and the final episode has a ridiculously stupid climax.
@3 – These were completed and aired in the UK but weren’t aired in the U.S. until now. Show is still ending.
So is this show back now or was this some limited thing? I was sort of hoping that maybe we might get a new show possibly.
I saw this whole thing online already and it’s pretty bad. Marvel doesn’t strive for much with their cartoons these days.
Pass. The Spider-Verse comic book event was bad enough.
Not a fan of this show at all, even though my six year old son finds it entertaining.
