I remember this one. It’s a variation on the classic Lee-Ditko story in which Flash decides to pull a prank on the “anti-Spider-Man” sworn Peter Parker by dressing up as Spidey himself…and winds up getting nabbed by Doctor Doom. Since Doom was already tied up with the FF animated series (crappy by the way), they went with a more logical foe, the Spider-Slayers. Kinda disappointed at first because the animation was not as good as the pilot episode. At least the new series has ONE production studio, and therefore ONE animated style.
