This was an ad in most Marvel comics in 1981. It was promoting the new Spider-Man and his Amazing Friends cartoon. Also a new show called the Smurfs.

Wow, that brings back memories.
Funny how 1981 kicked of a set of series that are now classic. Yet it would be Spidey and Smurfs that would continue on. Especially the Smurfs. 12 years wow.
