  1. I remember this sequence. Jonah wanted to run a story on Peter’s family. And Peter, who was already wound up tight had had enough and was experiencing a bit of displaced anger. If Robbie hadn’t rushed in, with his spider-strenght, Peter would’ve sent JJJ to the great publisher’s office in the sky. In the end, alone with his thoughts, Jonah admitted that Peter had grown up and had some backbone…but still went behind Peter’s back and assigned Conover to the story when he promised no stories on Richard and Mary.

  2. Besides, the clone saga hadn’t even started yet when this story was published. This was during the “Peter’s parents are back from the dead” subplot, before it was revealed they were robots. There was something about Jonah wanting to do a story on Peter’s parents that pissed him off, but I don’t remember the details.

  3. “I might be a clone so I’m gonna kill my wife! hyuh hyuh hyuh!”

He slapped her once. It was an accident. She knew it. She forgave him.

The Jackely brainwashed him. She knew it. She forgave him
