Washington D.C. artist Mingering Mike recently received an award at a city council meeting. Instead of showing up in a suit and tie he decided to break out his red and blue’s. Mike wanted to keep his face hidden. Many council members had to turn their heads as they laughed at his appearance. His work will soon appear in the Smithsonian. If they have a black tie affair, I’m sure he can rent a symbiote for the occasion.
