@ Aqu@: are you Ryan George?
Also never underestimate a crowbar. Ask Jason Todd…
Yeah, it’s such a weird choice for a death. In their article on Marvel.com they even said “As an Oscorp intern, Kamala Khan has been a pivotal supporting character in Zeb Wells and John Romita Jr.’s run of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN” So untrue.
All this thing would be so odd, if we didn’t know they’re doing it just so they can push for her triumphant return from death right in time for the new movie. Maybe even taking advantage of it so as to change her into a mutant in comics, aligning the character with the movies. It wouldn’t be the first time (looking at you, Quake).
It seems a crowbar to me. Anyway, don’t go unrespecting sacrifices with wrenches! Sacrificing people with a wrench is tight!
So Kamala is FINALLY getting some panel time just before her death.
Note that Peter asks about the kids. I have a feeling he’s suspected they’re not real for quite some time and that’s why he was stalking MJ at the start of this volume.
Am I the only person that thinks it looks like Rabin is holding a wrench? I assume it’s supposed to be a sacrificial blade but it looks like he’s trying to sacrifice MJ with a wrench!
