  1. …but at what cost? 9.99 $ each, I bet.

Or to be less funny: at the cost of what’s left of long-time fans.

  2. I think it’s too little too late at this point. Unless they plan on doing the one thing that will make fans happy(which I doubt will ever be done) we’ll just have more character assassination and minecraft blocky art. Shame the only Spider-Man book I actually want to read is only a mini series. After it ends who knows when I’ll read anything next

  3. Is that Kareem or Gus the debt collector in the bottom row? Because I could see Peter asking Maddie to reverse the spell that killed Gus, if it was possible, and having Gus being alive bite him in the ass later.

  4. I started to get excited when I read “Zeb Wells and John Romita Jr.’s run of AMAZING SPIDER-MAN reaches a startling unexpected climax and conclusion” but was disappointed when I saw “of its first year.” Actually, I have enjoyed JR Jr’s return and Wells’ Tombstone, Vulture and Hobgoblin stories were all pretty good, but this 6 month gap has been the anchor dragging this run down. At this point, I don’t have much hope of the revelation making me feel better about something that’s left a sour taste in my mouth for close to a year now. I’d love to be proved wrong, but if this story doesn’t measure up I may be due for a break from reading ASM. And the last time I took a break from reading ASM, I stayed away for over 10 years.

  5. I’m OUT of writing reviews if I’m not satisfied with the end of these two issues. I’m not going to waste my time writing if they are wasting my time with their writing.

  6. Slott is still acting like he matters in the world of Spider-Man. I would feel bad for him, but then I remember that he is Dan Slott. 🙂

  7. Dan Slott announcement the other day that Spider-Man # 7 will be monumental.
Now the announcement ASM # 25 will be the most shocking in 50 years.
Is anyone feeling a disconnect in the two titles?
They feel like both are not taking place in the 616 Universe.
Does neither Wells or Slott even care what the other is doing?
Make when Spectacular first came out, at least if felt like events in ASM mattered.
This is all contributing to my discontent with the modern Spider-Man books.
