I review Amazing Spider-Man #59/953 as the big final battle between Spider-man and Tombstone for the life of Janice Lincoln. John Romita Jr and Scott Hanna rock the artwork and add a great level of dread and circumstances to the issue. But outside some well placed dialogue, the issue is a lot of fluff and not much story. As we approach the end of Zeb Wells’ run on Spider-Man.
