Wow… that got dark… I really wish we could have a fresh, lighthearted Spider-Man comic reboot. No continuations. No super dark storylines. Just a brand new, quip-full, fun and not too deep Spider-Man. Back then we got it. Why not now? Why not just let us move away from all of the dark, continued storylines, and give us a way to take a break from life’s troubles? As a Spider-Man fan since I was a kid, I feel comfort when seeing, hearing, and even just talking about Spider-Man. But these new comics corrupt that feeling, separating me from one of the only things that put my anxious mind at ease. Maybe one day I will again see the true definition of Spider-Man, the same Spider-Man that gives me comfort and ease…
Peter actually stabbed a man in the head with a knife? I can’t believe I just typed that sentence.
Why does Orchis want Ben so badly? They already have their own Captain America (Captain Krakoa) and their own Madelyne Pryor. Why do they need their own Spider-Man? Do they get some sort of prize if they get a trifecta?
