Fighting crime while sick is ill-advised. Conversely, a clever idea from Betty.

@edgelesspigeon – I knew I remembered it, and I did not read any of Superior SM so it being in a post-Civil War comic makes sense.
@Hornacek
There wasn’t a moment in “Superior Spider-Man,” but Doc Ock did remember this moment back in “Sensational Spider-Man” Vol 2 #28, after Spider-Man unmasks himself during the Civil War crossover. He, uh… he did not handle it well.
I like how the design of the girding in the second panel sort of resembles viruses.
@hornacek — I can’t even remember if Dr. Octopus knew Spider-man was Peter Parker before he took over his body, or if he only discovered his identity after the fact. I guess that series didn’t really stick with me very well, no pun intended. I was among those just waiting for Peter to get his body back.
I can’t remember – did SpOck ever think back on this issue once he learned Peter was Spidey?
