It happens to me all the time with old comics like this: if it weren’t for the text where it says it’s night, I’d think Spidey goes swinging during the day, because the sky is light blue.

The fishes aren’t jumping nor flying, they’re swimming: it’s the bottom of the ocean.
Boring – maybe. But they wanted to hold the reveal of the Master Planner’s identity to the second page.
Plus I was always surprised that with how the MP’s identity is revealed on the 2nd page of the 2nd issue of this arc. It was presented as this big mystery in the previous issue – “Who is the Master Planner?” and then they just tell us at the literal start of the 2nd issue.
