@Adam. Yes she is alive! And bonded with the scream symbiote.
If you like her, I recommend you pick up scream: curse of carnage 5 issues series and king in black: planet of the symbiote #1 as well as king in black: scream #1. They can easily be found in the 1$ bin at most LCS and are a blast to read!

A shame the solicit didn’t references the best Carnage event…Minimum Carnage the Venom/Scarlet Spider cross over.
