It’s time to go for glory, Crawlspacers! It’s time to test your knowledge! It’s time for the 6th Annual Cobwebs Final Exam in my never-ending bid to write questions for the Spider-Jeopardy show the day George wishes to put his reputation on the line and go against JR one more time!
This year we have 12 questions (that’s 20% more at no extra cost!) broken down into three categories of four questions each: The first category is Amazing Fantasy #15, then alternate earths Spidey (you read my charts, right?), followed up with a nice and easy current run (all questions from Amazing Spider-Man from the past year).
Of course, trash talking is encouraged in the comments section! If you’re brave enough, post your score in there as well!
Let’s take a minute to look at our previous Magna Cum Laude Cobwebbers!
2016 – (Cobwebs Articles) Mrknees
2017 – (General Knowledge) Nate H. and YvonMukluk (Summa Cum Laude)
2018 – (Bad Villains) Killer Moff
2019 – (Mary Jane) Webhead
2020 – (Nick Spencer) Paste Pot Peter
2021 – (AF15, Alternate Earths, and Current Run) – COULD BE YOU! (Probably not, I mean, there can only be one and the odds are not in your favor, but it HAS to be somebody, so why not!)
Well I didn’t do that well. I got off to a bumpy start with missing the first question. LOL My score was 6820. Thanks for the hard work Mark and letting me play after it wrapped up.
@Brad Douglas and anyone else who missed out – We can’t have that! Go to quizizz .com and enter this game code: 3130 5146
Bummers, I was out of town and couldn’t play.
And the winners are….
Going by first attempt only for the title of Grand Champion of all Time (or until we have another one of these next year if BD hasn’t replaced me by that point):
5th Place – Sergo – Ten out of twelve correct and a score of 9860
3rd Place (tie) – Hornacek and Bwyp – Ten out of twelve correct and a score of 9930
2nd Place – William Sinclair – Eleven out of twelve correct and a score of 11160
and in first place……
Adam Sinclair! Eleven out of twelve correct and a score of 11210! He only missed the Lethal Legion question. Time for a speech, Adam! And when you do, let us know if you and William are related, and if so, how are going to lord it over him how much better you are?
I hope you guys all enjoyed it! We’ll try it again next June!
@Mark — To be fair, in Chi-Town’s written exam, he had to answer in complete sentences.
For the record, don’t believe anything Dark Mark says.
For the record, that is an actual image of the paper copy of Chi-Town’s exam.
I like to point out, that DESPITE what the feature image shows..let’s face it, my name is on there out of SPITE, I did not fail. I got 8 correct.
Ah, I wasn’t expecting a real test. For a minute I got PTSS flashes from when I was a highschooler and had nightmares on attending tests I didn’t study for…
I don’t remember my score, but I think I gave about 4 wrong answers.
The one on the webshooters really irked me: I’ve read that issue quite recently and I remember distinctively having noticed that kind of thing, but I couldn’t remember the right answer!
So far the leader for first attempts is Adam Sinclair with 11 out of 12 and a score of 11210!
9/12. Some of these were tough!
Oof. My score was 7530. Couple of dumb mistakes, but otherwise very proud of myself!
score: 9930
10/12 right
7440 here! 8 out of 12.
