  1. This comic series actually wasn’t bad. A little more mature than the animated series even. Nothing that would win an Eisner, but better than you’d expect from a comic adaptation of a Saturday morning cartoon aimed at kids.

  2. It’s actually really weird for me to see the ’90s cartoon versions of the characters (or close approximations) rendered in an art-style so different from the actual show. Not least because Felicia has her white hair from the 616 continuity, instead of the blond hair the ’90s show version had in her civilian identity! The style of the show is just so imprinted on me thanks to my childhood nostalgia for it.

  3. @Yvonmukluk: Spider-Man Adventures adapted episodes of the ’90s cartoon. It was later relaunched as Adventures of Spider-Man which had new stories inspired by the same cartoon.

  4. I’m confused, when was Peter acquainted with Felicia while Norman was still alive? Is this a flashback pre-Black Cat/Spidey meeting?
