@Evan: I wish I did! There’s no actual date in the Marvel Universe Database or in the Spider-Man Encyclopedia. It is presumed that Peter and Mary Jane met when she was in 18-20 years of age. It is assumed that she was born in the late 1940’s, since they met in ASM (Volume 1) #42 which was published in 66. Going by realistic time, she was born in 1946 if you subtract 20 years from 1966, but comic time works differently.
I bet Chi-Town knows! Gosh, it looks like that argument near the lower edge of the panel is about to get ugly.
