“Harry and I are going to be a mommy!” What?! Is this actually a phrase people used to say or is it a writer/letterer goof up?

Strange to see Roger Stern co-writing this issue while he was the ASM writer, but then I remembered that this was the 5th appearance of the Hobgoblin, his previous 4 appearances being in ASM. I’ve never found any collaboration but I have a memory of reading that HG was going to appear 4 times in ASM and then in PP85 where his identity would be revealed (I feel like I read this in Marvel Age) – does this sound familiar to anyone else? Obviously this didn’t happen – if I didn’t dream it it’s likely Marvel realized what a great mystery they had and told RS to keep the mystery going instead of ending it here.
@hornacek: Yeah it’s MJ off-panel. I’m aware of “we’re pregnant” but I don’t think I’ve ever heard someone say it like Liz did.
Also, I don’t think the “We’re going to be a mommy” is a misprint. Couple often say things like this, “We’re pregnant”, etc. It’s just a cute way to show that they’re sharing this experience.
Harry looks so shocked in that last panel. I assume he knew that Liz was pregnant and his surprise is because he didn’t expect the person off-panel (MJ?) to say what they did.
