That whole arc was one of my favourites (possibly my very favourite), Black Cat’s relationship with Spidey has never been more compelling in my opinion, and I really wish Doc Ock could always be so well written.

That happens a couple pages after this!
I can’t remember which exact issue it’s in, but this is right in the middle of the Doc Ock/Owl storyline, so it would funny (?) if in the very next panel, right after she said “Everything is going to be fine” is when she got shot multiple times by Doc Ock’s and Owl’s goons.
