I hope Z Man was being sarcastic, like when I complain on Twitter when a podcast is a day late and I say I want my money back.
I’d say that most of the current patrons (myself included) were donating to the Crawl Space before this idea of a patreon-only review-cast was announced, so for me this episode is an unexpected bonus.
I started out donating to the site because I refused to buy Superior and was giving Brad my $3.99 every month instead of giving it to Marvel; I said then that the Crawl Space is worth the price of a single comic every month. After ASM came back, I just continued.
Z-man I’m sorry you feel that way. How would you offset the bills for hosting the podcast, website and tech upgrades? Also there are 518 other free podcasts available for download. Are all those hours not worth $5 to you? The satellite podcast is nearly two hours of content for six issues.
I mean, seriously, paying FIVE BUCKS for a REVIEW? You’re better off just buying the comic. What a scam
