He literally has the power of electricity at his finger-tips, and he elects to use a gun? Electro has always been a textbook example of a B-list villain who could easily be an A-lister if he only had some brains. I think his appearance in the first Marvel Knights arc was a good demonstration of just how dangerous he can be, I wish he was written that way more often.
Also, I absolutely love the classic Electro costume design, I groan every time someone tries to ‘improve on’ it. I guess the green on the costume is kind of illogical since it’s the last colour I think of when I think electricity, but it was almost a requirement for the era.
