John Krasinski is Peter Parker

Update: Fandom Wire is now retracting their “exclusive” since Sony told this this news is false. What do you think? Would Krasinski made a good Peter Parker?

 

John Krasinski is going to be voicing Peter Parker in the new animated Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse film.  The casting was confirmed by the website Fandom Wire. The site also reports that Tom Hardy will voice Venom in the animated film. Krasinski evidently is a Spidey fan. He went on Jimmy Fallon dressed as Spidey during Halloween.
