The execution of RYV never lived up to its awesome premise, imo. And the Normie stuff just seems ridiculous.
I’m really worried about Renew Your Vows. I’m still getting over Gerry Conway leaving the book, and it’s nice that someone already on the book is the new writer, but:
1. Stegman is a great artist, but has he written anything before? I’m sure there have been other artists that have been given a book to write, but the first example that comes to mind is Todd McFarlane and adjective-less Spider-Man, and we know how *that* turned out.
2. We’re losing Stegman as the artist? At this point I’d almost take a chance and have him stay as the artist and bring in a new writer.
