I agree. Felicia’s dialogue keeps pointing that something is way off on her. Like she is being forced to hate anything Spider-Man. Even if the reason Doran make any sense and when Hammerhead is making more sense than her. Something is up.

Captain Symbiote & the Space Morons (Venom SK) hasn’t been cancelled yet?
But based on the preview of Spider-Man #5, it could be hinting at something else being behind Felicia’s hatred of Spider-Man and that it’s not just her frustration of not being able to get at the original.
I’m theorising another manipulation by the Mephisto deal via possibly her bad luck powers.
Granted what I’m basing my theory on is weak, but the fact that she seems conflicted about her feelings towards Miles does ring alarm bells for me and the fact that she sees no reason to feel the way she does against someone she doesn’t know, and while you could say that her feelings are that of being frustrated for not being able to get at the original. It was Hammerhead who up with the reason behind her feelings, not Felicia. So my theory could still be in play.
