You may remember a story about a Times Square performer dressed as Spider-Man who allegedly kicked a woman who wouldn’t tip him. Ironically, Reporter Roger Stern with New York Radio station 1010WINS filed this report.
Well, 37 year old Abdelamine el-Khezzani had his day in court and he showed up not dressed as Peter Parker, but as Spider-Man. He plead not guilty to the assault charges. The judge wasn’t impressed with the red and blue suit and said “Have you heard the expression ‘Three strikes and you’re out’? If you come to the plate and you strike out a third time, you’re out. This is your second time at bat,” said Justice Laura Ward. After he entered his plea he had another court date earlier this month. I’ll keep you updated, or Uncle Roger will.
@3 – Wait, are you talking about Abdelamine el-Khezzani or Zack Snyder?
I’m so glad that he can continue to defile the image of a character who has become an inspiration to so many.
Or a large woman in green body paint….
JR is going to love covering this on the podcast.
I already said this on Facebook, but I hope his lawyer is blind.
