  1. After listening to this, I went out and bought Spider-Man Marvel Team-Up by Claremont and Byrne…Man, I’d forgotten how good those issues were. The stories were a lot of fun, and the art was fantastic.

There were a few issues I hadn’t read in this collection, but I owned most of them a long time ago, when they were reprinting them in Marvel Tales. I had the Super Skrull two parter (with Torch and Ms Marvel), Arcade’s first appearance (with Captain Britain), Kraven (with Tigra), and this one. Really glad to have them back.

    …Ah, memories.

  2. So wait, let me make sure I got this right…Spidey got busy with MJ, and his Man-Thing started burning, and he got scared?
Is that a pretty accurate summary?

Let me tell ya, I’d be scared too if that happened to me.

  3. I used to have this issue. Haven’t listened yet, but I’m glad to see a Halloween themed episode, what with Man-Thing and D’spayre.

Surprised we didn’t see the Spidey/Frankenstein/Man-Wolf fight against Baron Von Shtupf from MTU #36-37, though…any chance?
