I haven’t seen anything else corroborating this so far this morning so I’ll leave it as ‘rumor.’ Especially given the date.
Fansshare.com is reporting that NCIS: Los Angeles star Daniela Ruah has been cast as Betty Ross for the upcoming standalone Hulk film, starring alongside Mark Ruffalo as Bruce Banner/Hulk.
