This is Will Sliney’s take on the Superior Spider-Man. Sliney is the upcoming artist attached to Spider-Man 2099 (2014).
He recently worked with Cullen Bunn (of Venom fame) on Fearless Defenders.

I don’t exactly remember this from DC/Marvel vs. DC/Marvel, but it’s a fun image nonetheless.
Marc D’Alfonso reinterprets the classic “Spider-Man No More!” scene from ASM#50 with a modern edge after fifty years and dozens of costumes.
Felicia and MJ switch Halloween costumes in this Ramos sketch.
What? Why didn’t we get that in the main title instead of Guiseppe Cuccinelli? Cuccinelli (sorry if I misspell it) has awful art sometimes. His male characters sometimes look fat (just look at Peter at the end of Superior Spider-man #30 when he says “My Turn.”, he’s fat with muscles drawn on), and his faces are just terrible. Sliney’s art for “Goblin Nation” would have been epic! Or Stegman, I would have preferred Stegman over anyone. His work in Superior Spider-man was awesome and his current work on Wolverine is why I miss him doing Spider-man.
Will’s from Ireland. He used to have some stuff in the small press over here. Think he was spotted by CB Cebulski at a con here a few years ago.
The new 2099 series is going to be so pretty.
His art is actually why I started picking up Superior Spider-Man Team-Up, story and dialogue be damned. I’m glad they got somebody awesome for the art.
