In this fight we take travel back to September and October 1986 for this Friday Night Fight. Spider-Man and Silver Sable take on the Sinister Syndicate. George takes us to this vicious fight. Will Spidey come out on top? It’s interesting to note that several members on the team are now in the Superior Foes of Spider-Man comic.

I remover this story. Before I knew about the Sinister Six. I was 7 at the time.
The Spider-Man of my youth! A non-stop thrill-ride which began with Stern (ASM#230) , Defalco, DeMatteis, Mantlo, PAD etc, and ended around the Michelinie/Bagley Venom story (ASM #375). It’s arguably the “silver age” of Spidey greatness. Stan/Steve/John’s tales being the “golden age”. Am really loving this new fight segment of the podcast. Surely y’all have gotta do one on Spidey’s badass scrap with Firelord at some point, right?
