Remember these? Each non-real life cover done by some of the best Spidey artists ever!
Incidentally, Newsarama has a list of the top 10 Spider-Man artists here. What do you think of their choices?

A house sigil by Lokiable. Do we have any Game of Throne’s fans here? This got me wondering what motto would other Spider-characters follow? House Osborn? House Jamieson? What do you think? – Adam
Spidey gives this sagest piece of advice in this pic by Romita.
I’m a big fan of the Marvel vs. Capcom games, so I’m surprised it took me this long to share artwork by the series’ intiial artist Bengus. He did the box art for X-Men: Children of […]
@3 DUDE JRJR kicks all the ass? I agree about ramos and martin, and i lopve luke ross but…joe Bennet????
@4 I sort of agree, his style turned me off and his Mj was a particular sore spot
Larsen made the list?????? That’s just crazy town banana pants. I stopped buying Amazing for a while just because his art was so awful. Just go back and look at his Mary Jane.
I wouldn’t even put Romita Jr. on the list! And Humberto Ramos and Marcos Martin made it, but no Todd Nauck, Joe Bennett, or Luke Ross? Not even a mention of Mike Weringo?!!?
Yeah, great work Newsarama![/sarcasm]
That list was….interesting to put it politely. They put Ramos above Ross Andru? Seriously?
These are how I’d rank them in terms of quality but not necessarily in terms of my favourites
Ramos
Larsen
Martin
McFarlane-I actually prefer McFarlane to some of these guys higher on the list but I just don’t think he’s as good as them
Andru
Ditko
Frenz
Romita Junior-he is actually my all time favourite
Romita Senior/Bagley-I don’t know who is better although i personally prefer Bagley
This is still awesome! The only thing missing is the John Romita Jr. cover next to the Romita Sr. one.
