Banana Pants: Harry Osborn Splits
It was brought to my attention that, due to a printing error, many copies of Spectacular Spider-Man #200, the death of Harry Osborn, shipped without dialogue on the final page. I’m here to bring you […]

It’s odd how people I really don’t ever recall seeing on the message boards
pop up to paste comments on front-page thingies (see #1 as an egg-sample).
In fact, it’s….it’s….it’s….
it’s….
it’s….
downright strange (fooled ya, I know what you were expecting)! :-p
I agree. Please, more! More!!! 😀
Does anyone know if Slott has seen this?
Lol. Please more. Not getting old at all
@1 – “I’ts gettin old man…”
No, “i’ts” not. “I’ts” quite fun. 8)
All that potassium is what really made Spidey lift the rubble.
@5, I like the idea of a thread. Tomorrow will be the grand finale. I’ll use up my ideas and end on a high note. Then we can move this over to the message board.
Ahhh, but of course. Seeing as this is my absolute favorite classic Spidey moment in his entire career, I cannot tell you how glad I am to finally see this iconic phrase recognized in its full glory. Truly a historic moment.
I’m sorry , but I can’t get enough of this. Maybe start a separate thread of just “CTBP” examples so that those who are getting tired of it will be spared. I think the Harry Osborn one was my favorite so far.
It’s not getting old, it hasn’t even been a week. And it’s hilarious. I had no idea Community ripped off a 40-year phrase well used in Spider-Man comics from yesteryear.
And it fits this scene so well. Makes this “ordinary” scene even better!
This Banana Pants thing was dumb to begin with. Why drag it on?
LOL it’s Spidey’s “Shazam!”
What if, then, Ock starts saying it all the time in his serious demeanor to keep people from suspicion?
I’ts gettin old man…
