Some paparazzi have snapped some new pics from the set of Iron Man 3 which comes out next summer.
Evidently they’re using Norman Osborn’s Iron Patriot armor in the movie.
How cool would it be to have Williem Dafoe in the suit? I’m sure that’s not the case and they’ll probably give the suit some new owner since Sony owns the Spidey rights. What are your thoughts on the armor being in the movie?

They should use a more classic Iron Man villian like Crimson Dynamo, Titanium Man, or the Mandarin. Norman Osborn(Iron Patriot) is mainly Spider-Man’s enemy, not Iron Man’s.
… Norman Osborn can’t appear in any Marvel Studios movie because he is owned by Sony. Iron Patriot will just be another character.
maybe Captain America shows up in Iron Man 3 & Stark makes this armor for Cap, possibly for Cap to try it out & help out Iron Man in a certain situation, look at the colors of the suit & then look at Captain America’s outfit…the colors line up……anything’s possible right?

On second though looking at the pic again i think it’s War Machine. It has the gatling gun attached on the back.
Maybe it will be Detroit Steel but using the Iron Patriot armor.
