Today marks the 89th birthday of Spider-Man’s other father Stan Lee. He’s been a good friend to this website over the years and please join me in wishing him a big Happy Birthday.

I got to meet Stan at a convention when he was a “young” 68 years old! Fantastic to see him so active well into his late 80’s.
Happy Birthday to the man!
Happy Birthday Stan, I want to be one of many who thanks you for such a great form of escapism that you have and many other artists have created for many future generations to soar high with every month. Also thank you very much for reuniting Peter & Mary Jane for true Spidey fans on May 29th 2009 in the newspaper strip to how they should be, it shows that a creator really knows what fans want and that’s forever a debt we the fans will always pay for up front…in your own words “Nuff Said!”
(but Happy Birthday from all who love your work regardless of what it is you do)
Thank you and all the other creators for your wonderful characters!
Happy birthday Stan the Man!!!
THE MAN!!!!

Not single handedly, the other artists contribute along with him
Happy Birthday to Stan The Man! He’s really The Man! Who else could almost Single-Handedly set up an entire franchise that can last this many years?
Enjoy your birthday Stan, and here are hopes I’d like you more
Happy Birthday, Stan. Thank you for all the joy you’ve brought into our lives and for being an inspiration for the kind of person I hope to be if I make it to 89. 🙂
