The website ComicBookMovie.com has posted a pretty comprehensive list of info for the new Ultimate Spider-Man cartoon. I e-mailed the author of the article to find his source of the info but he has yet to write me back.
The cast list they have is pulled straight from IMDB. I can confirm one piece of info on it is incorrect. Josh Keaton is not voicing Spider-Man. He just confirmed that to me on e-mail. So take the rest of the info lightly, but still you can discuss it in the comments section.

According to an article on Bleedingcool.com, Drake Bell is voicing Spidey.
Awesome Topher Grace is returning as Venom. He deserved to get a chance to develop the character more.
Nothing like brave and bold. Team-up yeah, but from what I’ve read, noting like it in tone, substance or lameness. Man, no wonder I stop going on some of these boards, comic fans can be pretty silly. Unfortunately I heard…….
Unfortunately, I heard that this cartoon is more like batman the brave and the bold. so yeah, people who hate that show will hate this show as well.
@ BD: OK then. I guess we’ll find out at SDCC.
@ daniel: The show is meant to be primarily a team-up show.
hope the plots arent true. I hate spiderman team up stories
Chaos,
Looks like she is citing IMDB too for Topher.
Vincent: “Ferb, I know who I’m gonna voice today…”

Chaos,
Where has Topher been confirmed?
I can safely say those are almost all false. The only cast confirmed are Topher Grace as Venom, J.K. Simmons, as JJ, and Adrian Pasdar as Iron Man (he confirmed that here: http://herocomplex.latimes.com/2011/07/08/iron-man-heroes-flying-man-returns-as-adrian-pasdar-takes-on-anime/)
They usually don’t post episode synopses till the network puts up the monthly airing schedule. We’d never get episode summaries like this before we got an actual cast list, a proper trailer released to the public, and more than one piece of artwork shown.
SDCC is the place where we’ll get the only real info for this show at the moment.
wait… if this is true it sounds like it’s a continuation of spectacular spiderman
hmmm
