Why can’t we comment on the Ultimate Spider-man review?
Anyone who thinks thus art isn’t as better than SSM IS CRAZYmuch better art style this thine around I love SSM but it was because of the strong plots not the art
I agree with Sam. The animation looks horrible compared to what we had with Spectacular.
I seen the clip this morning, looks good. But it seems to me to have the same type of animation that the Spider-Man Unlimited cartoon had. I hope it looks better than that when we get better video. Still, it’s Spidey, and I’ll love it, I’m sure.
I guess we’ll all wait to see a good quality trailer from Marvel themselves, hope you guys who missed the trailer enjoy what you see
I’m with you butters. I raced home from work since the office computer blocks youtube, and now its been pulled!!
AW the video was taken off before I got to see it. 🙁
2012!! I heard Fall 2011. Bah. Oh well. Looks good. Love the webbed ‘heart’ thing. 🙂 The nano-watch thing is kinda odd really. I thought he really didn’t work for Nick Fury untill like later in the comics. 🙂 I hope we get to see him make Peter cry. I mean not emo, but just show Nicks not a push over to any ‘super-hero’. You do it Nicks way or get burned. 🙂
It usually takes an entire year to fully animate a series.
Animation does look pretty awesome. I actually like the invisible signal watch. Ít´s a little different and hasn´t been done before(to my knowledge anyway, feel free to correct me if Í´m wrong). But why do we have to wait all the while until 2012?!
The animation and style looks a hundred times better than Spec Spidey.
(While I love the action scenes, Ben 10 Peter Parker had to grow on me when I first saw it.)
The dude voicing him sounds enough like Keaton not to annoy me…hmmm.
Which is good because they can’t come with crap after canceling the best Spider-man show ever made.
Looks like their bringing their A game.
I’ll at least tune in. They haven’t made the Spidey show yet that I have refused to watch….
Looks pretty cool. I like the animation and the voices sound pretty good so far, especially Simmons as J Jonah. Fred Savage as Harry Osborn? Weird
That one shot of Times Square looked a lot like one of the recent Amazing Spider-Man covers, I don’t recall which one right now.
CAn’t wait. Animation looks great and I like the art style a lot more than the previous cartoon. Hope the storys are as good though.
Why is there this need in the movies and tv shows to have SHIELD be a part of it?
One thing took me COMPLETELY out of the preview:
What’s with the invisible signal watch?
I mean, I know the whole gimmick of the show is Spidey working with SHIELD, and so they need a way to contact him somehow…but REALLY?
Couldn’t they just put some kind of blinking light on his web-shooters to let him know when he’s needed? I mean, he’s had a blinking signal light on his web-shooters before, to let him know when he was running low on web-fluid (Hey, whatever happened to those, anyway? Anybody know?)
Not good quality video, I was hoping for something direct from Marvel, not some person video shooting with his phone in a comic-con
Art looks more appealing than that of SSM
Happy to hear Spidey voiced by a guy who reached his puberty
Jameson does sound like J.K. Simmons, sort of
Still upset they canned SSM for a show based on this universe
Waiting patiently
IMDB is typically wrong with this kind of stuff, but that cast list has been up for a few months now and credited J.K. Simmons as JJJ even back then.
IMDB is notoriously wrong. So I wouldn’t hold stock into much of what it says. However, JK Simmons is clearly JJJ.
Dan Gilvezan, Uncle Ben?? That would be pretty cool in my book if its true. Still happy to hear J.K. Simmons as JJJ and the animation looks really good.
well did a imdb search and found this http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1722512/
Credited cast:
J.K. Simmons…J. Jonah Jameson (2011) (voice)
Fred Savage…Harry Osborn (2011) (voice)
Vincent Martella…Spider-Man / Peter Parker (2011) (voice)
Colleen O’Shaughnessey…Janet van Dyne / Wasp / Gwen Stacy (2011) (voice)
Cindy Robinson…Mary Jane Watson (2011) (voice)
Dan Gilvezan…Uncle Ben Parker (2011) (voice)
Well from the horribly shot footage it actually looks good! JK Simmons FTW!!!!! Spidey’s voice sounds familiar also. Wonder if thats the real voice actor or a stand in?
