Heh, that issue of What If was one of my first ever comic books.
Best first appearance. Ever.
If I ever got the chance to write a What If?… issue, i’d play fair and write a story in which the Scarlet Spider was eaten by Sharks. And find a guy named Zach to draw the issue in question.
