Our friend Producer Greg Weisman has posted a note on his Ask Greg website. He says that Spectacular Spider-Man is doing great on it’s new home at Disney XD. Some of the ratings are up 279% in some timeslots.
Greg also mentions that Disney will start season two of the show on June 22nd so set your DVR’s. If you’re a Nielsen household, say you’ve watched it twice. 🙂

Well, it’s March 2010, and we still have no idea if there’s going to be a 3rd season. Greg’s still being optimistic, and says the delay’s because of the Disney/Marvel merger, but I hope we get a third season.
I just wish the design wasn’t so Humberto Ramos It is too silly looking. It is hard to look at.
YES!!!! I was so worried this cartoon would be an under performer.
I know alot of people *including myself* who had to watch it on youtube because we lack Toon disney DX.
Hopefully they continue to progress the story to at least a college aged Peter. I wanna see AT LEAST 10 seasons.
I love the 90s show…but I’ve never seen any media to absolutely nail Spidey perfectly.
Is that so suprising? Look at the programming it’s up against! Not exactly that hard to imagine…
I really hope there is a 3rd season.
Great news. I was worried all the people (like me) who watched it online would cheat it out of it’s ratings.
This bodes well as I really want a third season!
