The first lady of Star Trek has passed away at age 76. She was battling leukemia and passed away at her home on Thursday. She was the wife of the late Gene Roddenberry who created Star Trek. Majel did have an impact on the Spider-Verse. She was the voice of Anna Watson on the 1990s Spider-Man animated series.
I had a chance to meet her at a Wizard Chicago Comic Convention in the late 1990s. She was one of the nicest people and very friendly to her fans. She will be missed! Her voice will be heard one more time as the voice of the Enterprise computer in the upcoming Star Trek movie opening in May 2009.

Good stuff, I “Stumbled” you. My DIGG account got messed up but I like Stumbling better anyway.
I am too. She was such a nice lady and I loved her as Mrs. Troi. And she was smoking hot as Nurse Chapell.
She will be missed by many a fan. Looking forward to hearing her one last time.
