One of my favorite video game websites has given Spider-Man: Web of Shadows a poor review. I disagree with almost every point.

Wow. Was this dude even playing the new-gen version? The story is wicked clear, combat is NOT repetetive or bland, the dialog between characters is really good, Spidey’s voice is good (I like it actually, I think it fits, except when he yells), the graphics are the only thing that could’ve been better.
On a technical level this game trailer review was dead on. This Spidey game needed more development time and it really shows. I’ve owned every game in the series and while this game has a fantastic combat system, it falls very short.
All it has to do is have better combat than Spider-Man 2… that’s all I asked
it still sounds better than the PS2 version!
