In terms of female villains who's issues don't involve their gender...wasn't there a female Doc Ock? If Otto does kick the bucket in Ends of the Earth, it would be cool if some female mad scientist got the arms (and maybe some sort of super-strength/endurance that would fix whatever problems Otto had) and started giving Spidey trouble?

I think, if anything, the cartoon Ultimate Spider-Man is more like Batman: Brave & The Bold.

I was thinking of Spider-Island as a video game, but now that you mention it, Ends of the Earth would work too.

And yes, the trolling about the Avengers credits was pretty funny.
