I go to bed, work, and come back to this? Man it turned around quick. At least it's just tied and I'm not completely behind. I'll make one last play for votes to see if I can get back in the lead before this is over.

Ok let's think this through people. What does Hank have going for him? Dedication and experience with mowing lawns.

Ivy has dedicated her life to plants and as has been said will be determined to win this fight. As far as experience with mowing, she has trimmed plants in the past. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to know how to mow. You are pushing it around. As long as you are meticulous which she would be. As she is with her science and plants. She will trim it very nicely. She will spend day and night sleeping that grass. Singing to it and doing God knows what else with it. We all know she loves plants, grass included. Love makes plants grow well. She will protect the lawn with her life from any monsters that come through. Meanwhile, Hank will be splitting time between the lawn and his job at Strickland Propane and his family. His lawn will be unprotected at night which is the most active time for the monsters that lurk around this yard.

The way she wins is she will be able to concoct a fertilizer that will blow Hank's grass out of the water. In these yards it will be very difficult to get grass to grow. Hank will be stuck with what he can buy at a local store and this will be insufficient to turn the Munster's yard beautiful. Ivy will use her genius botany skills to make the perfect genetically enhanced grass for the the soil and the perfect fertilizer to sustain it. She will make it greener than green while Hank will struggle to keep his grass from turning brown in his swampy soil.

You crazy guy! This is a landscaping contest. Ivy's fancy science wont help her here.

She can landscape because she will be just as meticulous about her beloved plants as Hank. She will work with them day and night with loving care while Hank goes home to take care of Lady Bird, Bobby, and Peggy.

If you think the quality of the seeds and fertilizer you use won't help in landscaping then you sir, are the crazy guy. She will be able to use her science to make the best genetically designed seeds that can thrive in this terrain while Hank's is struggling to survive. Her designer fertilizer will make her lawn much prettier than Hank's store bought stuff. We are talking about a woman that can create plants that attack people. Don't you think she can make the most beautiful lawn in the world if she sets her mind to it.

As George Berryman said:

They're starting with the same common ground. Crappy yards, no grass. I should have mentioned that they both start off with basic lawn tools (hoses, mulchers, spades, edgers, trimmers, mowers)

no where there does it mention the equipment and a lab to create all this stuff your talking about. They have the same supplies and tools

Ivy will be able to persuade Uncle Fester with her ...Assets Image
to use his lab. If we were limited to just those supplies then we would have no seeds or fertilizer to make the grass grow.

Hank is at the Munster's house and Ivy could turn Liberace into straighter than an arrow. Hank could go into the Munster's house and try to make his own fertilizer with Granpa's supplies but he would probably blow himself up.

It doesnt matter cause they have the same supplies. It all comes down to who is the best at landscaping which is Hank by a mile. Now could someone just change thier vote (to Hank) before we run out of time?

I disagree that Hank will be able to landscape better. Ivy can mow the lawn, trim, edge, etc. just as well as him. She will do it with even more care and precision than him because while he loves his lawn, he also loves his family, propane, and country. Ivy loves plants and plants alone. She will dedicate her entire life to making this lawn perfection while Hank's loyalties are divided. Ivy will carress each blade of grass and lovingly pullout any that are too long. She will kiss and fertilize any blade of grass that is in any way not perfect until it is up to par. Hank just doesn't have that kind of time.

Hank never quits a task once he starts. he will not stop until the lawn is perfect, while Ivy will prolly be called away to fight Batman or something. Plus, and I'm not the only one here to say this, there is a difference between botany, and Landscaping. Ivy has zero experience landscaping. Hank does it often, as it's one of his favorite things in life

I think it truly comes down to this. My vote has been for Ivy from the start. If I had ever been wavering this would have solidified me.

I think that would defy a Fight Club rule or two...
You can just call me Mr. Man
