Alright. After FINALLY fixing my PC (Well sort of) we've got some really good news here.

Looks like this one will be focusing on Nate and Sully in the desert.

They could literally name it "Uncharted 3: Drake's sexual healing" and it probably would still be good.

It was just a teaser.
Hey give them some credit. It's better than the Batman Arkham City trailer they released last year.
It was good but it didn't pump me up like it should have.
Instead of a day we had to wait muuuuuuuch longer to see a brand new trailer.

From the minor gameplay we got to see, I'm guessing that Uncharted 3 will be more of the same adrenaline-pumping cinematic story telling.
Which isn't exactly a bad thing

I'm hoping for a co op campaign mode though.

1) Looking at all 3 titles, it makes Among Thieves look out of place- Drakes Fortune, Among Thieves, Drakes Deception.
2) It spoils a potential part of the game- whatever the deception is.
3) It's corny and cheesy- not something I'd expect on a much loved and (going to be) hyped up series like this.

But we're not playing the title, really it's the least of our worries. I'll call it UC3 though anyhow.

It's just Meh.

Kind of like "The Dark Knight Rises".
But what's most important is the game play.

I never played the first Uncharted, but after I watched a walkthrough of Among Thieves on YouTube, that was the game that convinced me to buy a PS3 in the first place. I've never experienced such an absolutely brilliant game before that one. EVERYTHING, from the music to the voices, the beautiful environments, and cinematics that made me question whether it was a game or a movie. I for one can't wait for the 3rd one, and I don't care WHAT they call it!

In other Uncharted news, I've just heard that they're planning a movie of Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, and according to MTV,they've announced the casting for Nathan Drake.

Mark Wahlberg...I kid you not. Marky Mark is going to be playing Nathan Drake.

If this is true, I'm very hesitant about this movie. For one, I still see Wahlberg as Marky Mark...always have, always will. When I heard about this, I realized later that my reaction was straight from his song: "COME ON!"
And the only movie I can remember seeing him in recently was "The Happening"...the less said about THAT, the better!
For another thing, I really don't see much need for a movie in the first place! Uncharted 2 was such an absolutely beautiful game, that it really seemed like I WAS playing a movie...What can they improve, honestly?

Only one thing would make this film a must-see to me. There was, and still is, a definite fan-favorite in mind to play Drake: Nathan Fillion (Serenity/Firefly, Castle, Dr. Horrible's Sing-Along Blog) and I absolutely agree. Watch these clips from Firefly , and see if you don't agree that he was BORN to play Nathan Drake!

He looks and sounds just like him, and has the same sense of humor as Drake...All I can say is, I hope Hollywood comes to their senses and signs him!
