Hell, I was seriously pondering asking George if pro athletes should be added to the "character" ranks for Friendly Fire, so we can have a good old fashioned LT vs. Roger Staubauch (or Danny White keeping it era specific) mano a mano style.

Trying to do a massive season long bet with Mr. Cowboy, SpideyDude.

Over/Under numbers are the number of wins Vegas projects the two teams are going to have. A bit too high for my taste here on the 23rd of August after losing a key defensive player for the rest of the year, but being a Gi'nts fan, I guess I have to take the over on it.

Head to head points will depend on the point spread as we get closer to the game, usually the Wednesday before the game is a good time to firm the line on the game.

Everything else should be self explanatory.

On second thought, on top of the money going to the Joplin relief efforts, I'm thinking of doing it politician style. And while I do have the ways and means to do something along the lines of a delicious New York style pizza, NY Strip Steak and some great apples against all the usual fixings for a Texas BBQ, how about a case of my favorite locally brewed beer:

My Bucs got beat by the Lions. Maybe the Lions are going to be good this year, that or the Bucs are going back down the tubes. I didn't see the game unfortunately because they weren't playing it here.

The Lions were pretty good. The Bucs will likely be 9-7 because they don't play the NFC west this year.
