Objectives are unclear, the gameplay is repetative, and I don't feel like the free roam works for Batman the way it does for Spider-Man. Also they advertise the hell out of Catwoman, and you have to buy extra stuff to unlock her in the game, thats complete and utter bullshit. This game gets a 6/10 from me. I honestly can't believe it got so many perfect scores. Some money had to have exchanged hands, because thats the only way the reviewers could ignore so many rookie mistakes that this game makes.. I don't think I'm even going to finish this. I'm going back to Fallout New Vegas until Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim drops in two weeks.

Which is funny, considering Kotick's apology, isn't it. I'm glad Rocksteady went with the "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" mentality.
... and? That doesn't mean shit to me. I enjoyed Shattered Dimensions a hell of a lot more than Arkham Asylum, and I'm enjoying Edge of Time quite a lot as well.

These things with the controls and camera happened to me in every game I played so far released by company other than Capcom, so I won't take it much of an issue cause they are rare from what I played so farBerserkfury819 wrote:I've found this game to be very dissapointing. Those games are highly influential, that should be a good thing, right? Its not innovative. The developers took the combat from the first one, stuck it in GTA and added elements of Prince of Persia and Assassin's Creed.
I can get over that if you mean objects you get close to and touch, easyObjectives are unclear
What game isn't? They all are. Depends on how repetitive the game is, that defines how annoying or likable I may find itthe gameplay is repetitive
Free roam doesn't work for anyone the way it does for a guy moving fast and shooting lines to swing fromand I don't feel like the free roam works for Batman the way it does for Spider-Man.
Alright then, guess I'll refrain from getting CW unless she's given in a game discAlso they advertise the hell out of Catwoman, and you have to buy extra stuff to unlock her in the game, thats complete and utter bullshit.
I might agree with you about getting disappointed, but I wouldn't really rate a game from first walkthrough only, and even less tempted to rate it before completing it, things may get more interesting later in the gameThis game gets a 6/10 from me. Is this game worth replaying more than its predecessor? How often do you need to beat a group of cronies to pass through? How much did they upgrade the combat system? I don't want to play another game that feels awesome the first time, merely good the second, then realize what an average game it really isThese things with the controls and camera happened to me in every game I played so far released by company other than Capcom, so I won't take it much of an issue cause they are rare from what I played so farBerserkfury819 wrote:I've found this game to be very dissapointing. Better than forcibly facing the same face 100s of times then, I like this ideatnr105 wrote:-Joker, Penguin, and Two-Face all have gangs, which primarily hang around their bases, unless they're on a mission. Other thugs my be hanging around the streets, but you can generally avoid them by using the rooftops. But by fighting, you unlock XP which helps unlock Upgrades
I hope I enjoy it then-Combat is fun, as with the Quickfire feature, you can do fun things by incorporating gadgets into combat.
Then trying it on easy difficulty should be obsolete for me, even more seeing how his fighting in BAA is more aggressive on Normal than it is on easy-The replay value is rather high in my opinion, as you can go back and do side-missions featuring other villains. Also by collecting more riddles, it adds more intel into the "Wayne Tech Database". Also, by beating it on Normal or Hard, you unlock "New Game +" you can replay with all your unlocked gadgets and XP, plus use any skins you have in the campaign.
That's cool, I'm crazy enough to do all side missions I can, more fun that way-Another replay factor are the sidemissions. These all require detective work such as running ballistics, setting up and investigating crime scenes, interrogating goons, and using a riddle-solving device. Theside missions also hint about the plot of the next game.Azrael and Hush
Nice attention to details, but I don't like the PSN, never wanted to connect, kept telling my bro not to do it, but he did anyway-Catwoman comes with a free DLC code if you buy the game new. Robin and Nightwing are DLC, but worth it in my opinion as they all have different gadgets and combat styles. Their skins all come free with the character. The Batman skins are also DLC, but very detailed. I got a free Batman Beyond skin code with a NOS energy drink, and since he doesn't have a cape, the retractable wings and rocket boots come out when you glide. It's one of those neat things that shows how much detail they put in.
