Who would you like to see interviewed on a future podcast?

I'd like to hear Alex Saviuk. Not only is he a guy that you don't see interviewed much (if at all!), but he's somebody that's definitely possible to get because you've had him lined up before. Parallel Lives is a gorgeous piece of work, and he drew Web of Spider-Man for a pretty long time.

What happened with that, by the way? I remember that you had him booked but had to cancel because he had health problems, or something along those lines.

Yeah he had health problems and things just didn't work out. I just noticed his father passed away so I'll hit him up later this year. He's one of my favorites so I haven't forgotten him.

I'm so shocked no one asked for a Slott reunion. lol.

Peter David was actually our first ever celeb interview, way back in our first year of podcasting. Back when we used to all be on for the interviews! It was a really good show, too. He was quite fun to talk to.

Every time I've heard an interview with PAD, he's been personable and really funny. I'd love to meet him at a con someday, have him sign the first issue of his Aquaman run.

Yeahhhh...That's not going to happen. They aren't going to go on where people have been critical. I've heard a couple of interviews with the "Men of Action" and they seem cynical and enthusiastic about the USM cartoon. You really get the feeling they are in it to make a buck and nothing else. Meanwhile, Greg Weisman who had real passion for the character got ditched and moved to more fertile grounds with DC. I would like to hear George unload on them though...

It'd be worth a shot though to get a chance to hear their perspective. Some people on the podcast are critical of the show but that shouldn't prevent an interview ideally. I don't think anyone should take it as an opportunity to bash them, but rather to ask open-ended questions and see what they have to say.

No these creators should go on shows even if there has been criticism. Also, I was joking about George bashing them. That would actually be pretty uncomfortable to listen to. I'm sure Brad would give a fair interview as he always does and it would be a solid podcast. Unfortunately, I don't see these guys coming on. Maybe before the show aired but not now.
